Call for Contributions

 

IMPORTANT: Submission deadline has been postponed 10th January 2008

Proposals are invited on the themes of the conference and can have the following formats.

Full paper (6-10 pages)
Short Paper (3-5 pages)
Poster
(1-2 pages)
Workshop. A workshop proposal should be 2-5 pages and should provide the learning objectives for the participants, the prerequisites for the participants, the maximum number of participants, a brief description of what will be done in the workshop, and a list of the equipment or other facilities needed.
Panel (a panel proposal should include an abstract, the learning objectives for the participants and the list of panel members)

 

Submissions and reviewing


Papers have to be submitted online according to the following format:

Submission procedure:

1) go to http://icms.schule.at/milano2008
2) go to user -> new user / register
3) enter the personal information
4) confirm the mail address (you will receive a confirmation link via email)
5) log in
6) go to presentation -> new presentation
7) enter the information and confirm the data


All submissions will be acknowledged electronically. If you have not received an acknowledgment within 72 hours of submitting your paper electronically, please contact a.knierzinger@ist.eduhi.at


At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register with the conference and present the paper.

All proposals will undergo a peer review process. All the accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

10 March: Notification of acceptance

7 April: CRC from authors, preparation of volume

 

Proceedings


Proceedings will be available at the Congress. The proceedings volume will be published by the official IFIP publisher, Springer
